(ORIA: Nasdaq) was established by our co-founders, James Huang and Chrystyna Bedrij Stecyk, to pursue investment opportunities in industries that complement our management team’s background.  While we may pursue an acquisition opportunity in any business, industry, sector, or geographical location, we intend to focus on the biotechnology and life sciences industries. In particular, we will target North American, European, and Asian healthcare companies with the potential to drive transformational change through the development and commercialization of novel therapies or technologies, areas in which our team has extensive operating, investing and transactional experience.
